Dave Morris founded RacersReady.com (formerly PerforMax) in 1997 after years of racing road and mountain bikes and working as a physiologist for the United States Olympic Committee and USA Cycling.
For over
a decade, Dave has performed research designed to benefit competitive athletes.
Since 1997 he has personally coached riders on the road, track, and mountain
bike to 18 national championships, 3 world cup wins, and 2 silver medals at the

In addition to his work with world class cyclists, Dave has served as a physiology and cycling consultant to USA Triathlon and has worked with members of USA Triathlon's resident team at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
To complement his coaching and research, Dave recently published the book Performance Cycling: Training for Power, Endurance and Speed. This book presents the latest scientific research on training, nutrition, and ergogenic aids to cyclists in a manner that is usable and easily understood.
